3. Booking & Appointments
Requesting a Quote
- Quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Quotes are estimates based on information you provide
- Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions
Scheduling Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We will confirm your appointment via phone, email, or text message
- We aim to arrive within scheduled time window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times
- We will notify you if we are running late or need to reschedule
Access Requirements
You must ensure safe and reasonable access to work area. This includes:
- Clear access to property and work areas
- Safe conditions for our team to work
- Removal of obstacles that may hinder access
If adequate access is not possible, appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is always subject to availability. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Quoted prices are valid at time of quotation and may be subject to change
- Additional work discovered during service will be quoted separately before proceeding
- We will not carry out additional work without your prior approval
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, E-Transfer, Cash
- For larger projects, we may require a 50% deposit before work begins
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after work has commenced
Late Payments
If payment is not received by due date:
- A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts
- We may suspend future services until payment is received
- Persistent non-payment may be referred to a debt collection agency
5. Service Guarantee & Warranty
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days and we will:
- Return to address any issues at no additional cost
- Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all workmanship. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by subsequent water events, improper maintenance, or third-party actions.
Guarantee Limitations
Our guarantee does not cover:
- Issues caused by your actions or third parties after our service
- Pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions beyond our control
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by severe weather events or acts of nature
- Problems arising from failure to follow our maintenance recommendations
6. Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about work required
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to work area
- Inform us of any known hazards, pets, or special requirements
- Remove or secure valuable or fragile items from work area
- Ensure someone over 18 is present or available if required
- Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g., from landlords, councils, or neighbors)
- Pay for services as agreed within stated payment terms
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse or cease work if we encounter unsafe conditions or if access requirements are not met.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Insurance
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering our work. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage that we did not cause
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings
Property & Damage
While we take great care in our work, some services may carry inherent risks. We will:
- Inform you of any potential risks before starting work
- Take reasonable precautions to prevent damage
- Report any accidental damage to you immediately
- Work with you to resolve any legitimate damage claims fairly and promptly
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Utility failures

Step 3: Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may choose to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service or mediation. We are willing to participate in mediation through an agreed independent mediator.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
